D-S-P Business Solutions is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the following states and agencies:

D-S-P Business Solutions is certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as:

Only small firms that have been found to be owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and appear on the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) maintained list of qualified Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB’s) are eligible to participate in: Federal SDB set-aside, price evaluation adjustment, evaluation factor of sub-factor, or monetary subcontracting incentive programs, or SBA's section 8(d) subcontracting program. DSP is a certified SDB small business.

The Small Business Administration's (SBA's) 8(a) Program is a business development initiative that helps socially and economically disadvantaged American citizens gain access to the economic mainstream. DSP is a recent graduate of the 8(a) SBA program as of November 2008.

D-S-P certifications may be applied to contracts requiring Installation and Maintenance, Technical Documentation, and Support Services; and where there is a DBE goal to be reached.
