Scheduling
Project schedules ensure that projects are effectively planned, organized, directed, coordinated and controlled. The goal of scheduling is to give the owner a completion date that is as accurate as possible, mitigating and prioritizing risks.
A project schedule is only as good as the team that is putting it together. At
Some projects will inevitably fall behind schedule because of unforeseen circumstances, including unusual weather or unpredictable labor and material shortages. When this happens, we track the trades that are behind schedule and the reason, clearly communicating the issue to the owner. We then make a recovery schedule, designed to rethink and re-sequence trades allowing the project to be completed on time.
